[Resolved]  Faber — No response on service request raised on 23rd November

Raised request with Faber customer care on 23rd November and it was assigned to KVK Enterprises, Hyderabad. Till now I did not get any response from anyone. Faber Customer Care replies that they escalated and Service Technician is not responding. Ticket # - HYD23200113.
