I have bought Faber kitchen hob, and within one month i am having a problem that auto ignition is not working.
Upon making a call to the customer support, i an being told that i have to pay service charge even if the product is under warranty, which is absolutely bizarre.
What kind of warranty are you offering, if the product is not working as expected within first month of purchase, and why i have to bear that cost.
This is definitely not the experience I expected, and would definitely stop me in buying any Faber product in future as well. Was this information helpful? |
