I got installed Faber 4 Stove hob and Faber chimney at my house in 2017 after making detailed enquiries about availability of local service. The first 2-3 years was hassle free. But its been awful since 2 years. The last complaint in 2022 for my hob issue, i had to lodge multiple complaints at their toll free number only to b told every time that they are going to attend on priority basis and bla bla bla…. There is no senior executive you can talk to nor do they have quality control calls or customer satisfaction codes like other companies. I experienced a similar issue this year too.. lodged a complaint on 03/02/23 and nobody came for service despite repeated complaints and requests and finally the area manager managed to put me across a serviceman from another area and asked me to pay for the travelling expenses and service charge.. that’s appalling to ask your customer to pay for travel expenses when its your company’s responsibility to have a local service provider ( with so many faber customers in my town). If you cannot please stop fooling the customers and stop selling your products where you can’t provide services.
A very disappointing experience with Faber. The company boasts of 50 years of celebrating quality service… No.., your services are very very poor in places like mine! I will not recommend it to my friends here! Was this information helpful? |
