I purchased a Faber Hob Nexus 604 on 30th July 2022 from Zee electronics store in Mumbai and all 4 of my burners have gotten ruined already. It has been 2 months since my burners have stopped working and I've called multiple times. Once a service person came to check it and asked for money to get it changed. Faber provides a 5 years warranty on burners so then why should I pay? The service person has stopped picking up my calls and replying to my messages.
I have been following up with Zee electronics store constantly and in fact I took the pain of visiting the store personally too. Mr.Vikram from the store spoke to someone from the Faber company and then someone called Sarfaraz came to visit at my home. He himself inspected and wrote that the burners had gotten burnt. This is the first time I have heard that brass burners got burnt. We are just 3 people living at my home so we don't even use it excessively. I don't understand how you can charge 25, 000 for this kind of product?
I am tired of following up on this since the past 2 months with the company and the store and the service team. I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with this product and with this brand. I don't need an exchange anymore, I just want my money back for this no matter what.
