[Resolved] Faber — very lousy staff in customer care | |||
Faber chimney in the name of Mr. Vijay Kariwala (+91-[protected]) from Sur Sangeet at Kankurgachi in April 2014. Faber Complain No.[protected] On 15th Oct 2014, a technician from Faber came for Auto Clean of hood of the chimney. We registered for one year AMC also with him for four services in a year for rs. 1400/-. During auto clean, he identified a water leakage in the hood and requested us to raise a complaint on the same. He mentioned to request for a service and it will require 2 number of technicians. We did the same on the same day. There was no response till one month and we again followed up on 16th Nov 2014, then a technician was assigned and supposed to visit on 19th Nov 2014. However, no one turned up and on 20th Nov 2014, we got an intimation about the technician visiting us on 21st Nov 2014. When we enquired about allocation of 2 technicians, there was no confirmation provided on the same. Request you to look into the matter. This time when the technician comes, the problem should resolve completely. Hopeless customer service experience from Faber. Thanking you, Dipti Kariwala.
