Faber — Worst product & worst service

I have brought HOB and Chimney one year back. But I have a worst experience with HOB. Burners are Cut-off automatically. Iam facing the same problem from past 7 months. after continuous followups and repeated requests also issue was not resolved by M/s Faber team.They have changed spares also. but still issue was not resolved. Faber team is not responding. Also we have a around 25 email communications with M/s Faber . Worst Products and worst service. I have lost the hope on M/s Faber. Not recommended to buy Faber products.
