Am highly dissatisfied with their services as I had placed an order (id 35909) for drycleaning 2 blazers (with original covers and hangers) but I haven’t received the covers and my hangers with delivery of the Blazers (see pic attached).
The other issue is with one of the blazer which has a button broken and missing (see other pic). I can’t wear it without the button and it becomes of no use to me. It was a new Arrow branded blazer used only once before this drycleaning.
I raised a complaint to their customer care but they are kind o[censored]nresponsive as they keep on saying that they are checking with the concerened team but none of them takes a responsibility to inform me about the issue and I kept on calling them to check status but no resolutuon yet.
I hope they understand the cost I will have to incurr because of the negligence.
