Facebook — Rs. 25,000/- Payment deducted from my bank but facebook says it is failed

Dear Sir,
We have our College McGAN'S Ooty School of Architecture in Facebook page. on 04.07.2022, for facebook ads, I have made a payment Rs. 25, 000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) using QR code. Immediately rs. 25, 000/- deducted in my Indian bank account but, facebook says it failed. herewith I am attaching the payment details for your reference. Kindly do the needful to refund the money deducted at the earliest.
