Facebook — Saved my debit card details and without asking pincode made the payment also not removing my payment details

Dear Sir, I have made payment to facebook for advertising one day. I have stopped my ad and deactivated my ad account. Also I have tried to remove my saved debit card details many times. But I'm not because facebook has not given right option to remove the debit card details. I have contactd many times to facebook customer care to remove my payment details. But no one is listening my point. Sir as you know that facebook is a common use site and I use anywhere it. Suppose if I forgot to log out anybody can buy anything from facebook in that case without asking any details for payment. So I need to remove it. But facebook is not getting response. Also I am thinking that may be there are Lot's of people will facing this kind of issues. So I am requesting you to take it very serious issue and take action aginst faceboo please.
