Bharat Gas — not delivering of new connection

I Rashmiranjan Nayak have applyed for new connection just before 2months but till now they
are saying that there is no stock available so we are filling gas on black by giving a much money.If you olready stopped to giv new connection then tell us we will consult with other company dont cheat with us we are suffering a lot.so i request u plz take a quick action against this and obliged
