Fast Track Call Taxi — Cheating Tariff and Poor customer service & Driver

Hi Team, My name is sathyabalan. Working for an reputed bank in chennai. I have booked fast track call taxi on[protected] . FT booking ID - 54182. Route : Neelangarai to Triplicane. I have asked them to reach at 9.00 where it reached at 9.11. I have boarded the taxi at 9.30. i have the taxi while boarding where it did not showed any waiting charges but showed 99 rupees which is the initial charge for first 4kms. After passing kottivakkam area metre started tickling from 99 where it just passed 2kms. When asked driver he said he has put waiting from 9.15. This was not at all informed to me. when i asked which he did not informed he said that you saw the meter while starting the cab so i did not informed. Thought i will speak with customer care later but i found the waiting charge ran each and every time the vehicle stalls in signal. when i asked he said they will put waiting charge for standing in signals also. I called customer care right sitting in cab, My call was kept on hold and disconnected twice. Third time i reached customer care officer nagendran and he tranferred to complaint handling team. The person by name Iraivan spoke to me and he also informed that they will charge if vehicle stalls in signal. when enquired about initial waiting charge he said they will give spare time 5-10 mins post which they will put waiting charge. Below are my questions: 1. Why the cab did not reach on time?. I have asked to come by 9.00 it came at 9.11. when they put waiting charge after 3mins of their arrival. How will they compensate as they are late by 11 minutes. Does the customer time did not have value? 2. I would agree to the waiting charge but why the driver did not informed me about charge while getting inside the taxi? 3. when he said they will spare for 5-10 before putting waiting but the cab came at 9.11 and started waiting charge from 9.15. why was the grace time not given. 4. Customer care said they will warn the driver, but how is that going to serve my purpose? 5. While was my call dropped by customer care twice? 6. Its absolute cheating as they charge for standing in signal. To my knowledge only cheif minister car would go with out signals. Am not chief minister rather none of the other customer is chief ministers. 7. Finally i end up paying 319 rupees. while in return, i came in City Auto where they also put metre and charged me 189 rupees only. Please take necessary action against the cheating call taxi company.
