Fast Track Call Taxi — wrongly charged for the trip and threatened when questioned

I booked my complaint on november 5th for an incident of wrong billing and harassing me to pay more than what i was told in the fast track app. I complained against those drivers and the fast track office promised to refund my money. Please note that being a lady i was scared and had to pay what they demanded out of fear. Its very sad to know that fast track hires rowdies as taxi drivers and there is no safety for women in your service. On top of that you are not ready to refund the money. Kindly look into my issue because im not taking this light. Mr balaji was responding but then he seems to use the trick of dragging the issue on purpose so i drop down my complaint.
