Fast Track — rude behaviour | |
We have booked a taxi from fast track on 10th mar 2020 at 1.45 pm for our mother-in law who is 60+ yrs old and having leg pain. The driver is unaware about the place and even after continuous guidance he didn't reach the pick up point and stopped before 500 ms and requesting us to come and board. He is shouting when we ask for the reasons and not even have guilt that he made a mistake. Fast track management should appoint proper drivers who have basic humanity and aware about the routes in chennai.
