I am Harpreet Singh, one of your regular customer. I really feel sad to share that incident that happened with me on[protected] at your Karol Bagh, Padam Singh Road outlet.
As regular I ordered Rock Star Veg Burger – 2 and Small Coke – 2. When I took first or second bite of my ordered burger something hurt my tongue and I got shocked to see a big piece of glass in it. Its very dangerous if by mistake I swallowed it and even I am not sure that may be I swallowed small piece of it. When I accelate the matter to your Store Manager he said we are not responsible for this type of any mistake because we don’t cook here all things are ready made we just serve here. This kind of lenient attitude is not acceptable that time from your representative. I want compassion for my harassment and if any kind of physical problem happened to me due to that all of you are responsible.
