Fast Track Watch — Releated to defective piece

I purchase a fast track watch in month of may and it stopped working 4 times...i again and again complain about this but the retailer always gives new excuses again and again.

I lost my warranty card but I stil have the bill. My watch is under warranty. Put it needs to be repaired. Can I demand for free serving through bill.
