Fastrack from world of titan, shop no.133/130, m block kidwai nagar, kanpur - u. P. 208011 ph: [protected]. The details of watch are as follows - variant: nk3142sm01, date of purchase-22/02/2017, jo no. Jo[protected] and uid no - no uid. We are facing the problem of being slow or being stopped in the watch frequently. We did not expect this kind of bad experience from such a established brand. It is to say don't make people fool by delivering branded yet costly yet worst products because you loose value in the eyes of your customers as well as your prospects. I invested rs. 3300/ — for the same piece and its not value for money.in the warranty period we went for its three times repairing still not working properly. Don't have a good experience with fastrack and will never go for it again. Replace the watch with new one or refund my money. Thanking you
