Fastrack — complaint regarding worst experience of customer care service | |||||
I purchased fasttrack watch from central mall pimpri, got worst experience from customer care service from both central & fasttrack customer care service. I purchased watch in nov 2017 after 3 months one part of watch missing, they took watch back to them for repairing, for repairing reason they took 1 and half month. When i took watch from them they told me part will not fall again. But after 15 days part fell again. Now they are not taking responsibility of that. I'm totally fed up with your services.
