Fastrack — excess amount collected | |||
Booked cab for my elderly parent (Father physically challenged too) to drop at chennai central on 25.06.2019 7:45pm. After drooping he communicated to them that the network is off so can't show you the amount in display but you have to pay 530 (In place of 460) and finally they run around to get the change and paid him since it was late for them to board the train. Atrocious, instead of this he could have begged for 50 rupees... Highly unprofessionalism... Raised a complaint... Vehicle no :- tn 07 cl8680 driver name - palani booking id - ftp731494, Because of this i decided to stop booking with fast track in future. Was this information helpful? | |||
