I have been calling the customer care number and Email ID but there is not concert answer, I have shared the Invoice, Backside Photo and 30 secs video as Customer care rep asked to share and also they have agreed the Fast track revolt Fs1 has issue but haven't received any update till date and whenever I call the customer care number they just fool by telling you have called Analog watches please reach out to to smart watch and the best part is there is no option to talk to representative for smart watch and when I ask them to transfer to the call to Smart watch depart they will tell please hold for 10 mins, have waited multiple times more than 15-20 mins but no one talks or it is not picked. it is trick they follow when we call. I'm so frustrated calling to Customer care or follow up on ticket via email.
