[Resolved] Fastrack — fastrack men's watch

I have purchased a "fastract upgrade" watch from snapdeal site. Few days ago battery cell has dead then i goes to the fastrack service centre but they refused to serve. They said this is not genuine watch of fastrack. I showed the invoice letter which is given by snapdeal but that service center authorities said that snapdeal is not the legal seller of fastrack watches and they denied serving warranty.

I have lodged my complaint on 13th of August 2018 but yet none of you responded to my complaint, why ? Why you are taking too much time ?

I have purchased a fastrack watch but unfortunately the product resulted un water resistant.I visited service centre and after repairing the product it is still not water resistant .
Please replace my product as soon as possible.
