Fastrack — fastrack reflex performance issues

Hi team,

I bought fastrack reflex band last year, details are below:
Model no:swd90059pp02
Date:30/04/2017

Since then i am not liking the product at all.. It does not vibrate during the calls, it just tracks the steps.. I went to the outlet ibefore as well but no solution was provided. I am highly unsatisfied with the performance.
I would like the refund or replacement.

I have mi fit band as well it works fantastically well, i am so happy with its performance..

I bought fastrack thinking it a good brand but sorry to say it is the worst band.
