[Resolved] Fastrack — Worst customer support and worst product | |||
Dear sir/mam I bought a fastrack watch from a one o[censored]r outlets. It's been one year now. Between this one year my watch stopped working and i gave it in the service center but within a month it stopped working and this repeated for 4 times. I asked to replace my watch but the refused to do that and now my warranty period is over. So now i have to pay money for this. I didn't expect this from your side. A watch which have been repaired for several time and still not working, and worst service center experience. This makes me to think why should i pay such a huge price to buy such a cheap product. I purchased a watch and from the beginning it is getting slow and suddenly its key came out and there was a plastic layer above it is also removed. So i am facing problem to replace it. I called fastrack's customer care but they didn't resolved my problem.
