I had orderd one sunglass from the fastrack official website. The product was defective and i asked whether i could take the product to a shop and replace it. I didnot get a proper reply. Instead they themselves initiated the return and refund. They took the return and said they have processed the amount of rs 2799/-. Its been a week and i havnt got any refund to my account. I tried contacting via email and the only toll free number. No response literally the team in testing my patience. Every time i wear the band continuously for more than 2 days, I have skin irritation and allergy at my wrist.
Also coming to the performance, it records the steps even when we are driving.
The data is totally wrong.
