[Resolved] Fastrack — Fastrack watch Model no - 3067SL | |||
Dear Titan, I have submitted my watch on 05/08/2014 at your Borivali Centre due to glass break. On 02/09/2014 I have received your watch with new glass but same was not in working condition. Again on 05/09/2014 I have re-submitted the watch at your Borivali Centre but still same was resolved. On 13/09/2014 I have visited to your Borivali Centre again but same was not resolved and your service team told me that same will resolve within 8 days. Receipt no - 13691. Today is 25/09/2014 and no one is giving proper answer. I am really irritated with your service and will not buy any titan watch in future. Also suggest my friends and Collgues to buy another brand instead of any Tital brand. Now tell me the solution or otherwise I will write to Consumer Forum department. I am ready to fight.
