I had visited your World of Titans Chembur Mumbai Branch for the above stated issue for my fastrack watch.
Post resolution of this issue, Watch Crown got broken just next immediate day. the quality of service was very poor. Now services team is delaying this and asking for charges.
Request you to look into my issue.
