Fastrack — fastrack watch: repeated issue time changes and stops | |||
Date of purchase 2.8.2018 from titan store (Pooja times) bangalore. I noticed the time changes automatically and stops sometime. Given back to pooja store and got it back after service, but still had the same issue. Now given again to service center nearby no. 4m-404 hrbr layout on 27/04/2019. They said they will change the internal part. On 30/04/2019 collected the watch back from service center. Now i noticed the issue still exists, it is not repaired. I have attached the video about the issue, challan and ack form. Fastrack service center never repairing the watch, rather delaying it to complete the warranty period.
