I have bought a watch in februay 2017 from fastrack store locted in infocity, gandhinagar, gujarat (Ground floor, shop no.26, super mall-ii, infocity rd, infocity, gandhinagar, gujarat 382006) and since then i visited the store five times for not working properly.
Last time when i visited the store on 28th aug'17, store employee said i can give you a replacement on 30th aug'17 for sure but do'nt tell/talk to compnay till this time (Two days).
So my first question is there any system in fastrack where store people can replcae item without informing to company?? I waited to check for this unethical practice.
Yesterday when i went to collect my replaced, he yelled at us said you have to give me time. It may take two months also. He also said go to company. They will not give you answer and will not replace your watch.
It's really heartbraking to hear such words. Is this a real image of fastrack where store people can tell customers that compnay will not give you a damn answer. Was this information helpful? |
