[Resolved] Fastrack — Highly Disappointing Service | |||
I brought 2 fastrack watches worth Rs. 2753/- and 2830/- both had same problems. After one year one month i faced corrosion problem and as 1 months passed after free servicing period i paid 1200/ for repairing the dyle . for another watch it got corrosion within an year but failed to reach the service center as i was out of india. after returning i visited service center in KALYAN, TAITAIN SHOROOM, but as 1 year 1 month is passed from buying date they asked me to pay for the same. i gave my watch to repair but after a month they have returned me as it was, saying the parts are not available with the company one.
