Fastrack — How to register to fastrack reflex world app with a tunisian number?

Hello, 3 days ago I bought a Fastrack Reflex Nitro smart watch from India and when I returned to Tunisia I tried to activate it but after downloading the Fastrack Reflex World application I was unable to register. it does not accept a Tunisian phone number to send the OTP. What should I do please?
