Fastrack — I am complaining about the service provided | |||
When i purchased a watch from the store at thane station for my husband i asked the sales person if it can be exchanged if the person doesn't like it as it is a gift. He said yes it can be exchanged in a month. However when i go back within 3 days they say you will have to purchase in same range which was not mentioned earlier due to which i am forced to buy something i dont like. Really very bad service. Ideally people specify if such terms are there to the customers when they buy the product itself. Was this information helpful? | |||
