Fastrack — Manufacturing Defect in sunglasses

My Fastrack glasses has some manufacturing defect regarding alignment & product is under warranty but as company do not 've same product available or the parts they deny to replace or repair my product. Same has been confirmed by Titan store of CG road ahmedabad Gujarat that it is manufacturing defect.
What am I suppose to do?? I 've been chasing customer care since many days but only getting assurance to wait with new deadlines & not getting any concrete response.
