Fastrack — my watch stop working suddenly.

I bought a watch 8 months ago and on 18/01/2019 morning when i see my watch it was not working.
I take it to repair show and checked the cell but it was working fine but watch was not working.
Kindly can you replace or repair my watch.
Or can you send me a engineer to repair at home or address where i can get it repaired.
