Fastrack — new fastrack watch stopped working

I had purchased a watch from fastrack showroom lulu mall, kochi. After a few days, i noticed that my watch was not working correctly. Three to four days later, i went back to the showroom for complaint. But the salesman told me go to titan showroom for the repair. He was not ready to change the piece though in warranty period. So, i went to the titan showroom lulu mall, kochi. They gave me my watch immediately after repairing. But after that also, it has stopped working within 20 days. It happened 4-5 times till now and they are not ready to replace my watch. People prefer brand because of the services provided and but i would recommend readers not to buy fastrack products.
