Fastrack — Poor quality watch, I need replacement.

I purchased fastrack watch(Model -3099SP02) from Pune Central on 24/08/2014. 1)Within a month stem of crown was broken (I really don't know how), when I tried re-adjusting time. It was with service center ("TITAN CARE" "M/S V R AGENCIES PVT LTD II " located at 'ITI Road, Aundh, Pune-07') for couple of weeks. They repaired it and watch was working fine. 2) In January 2015, My watch suddenly stopped working. I had to rush to same service center mentioned above. As per the watch care expert, Machine might have been damaged and they need to replace it. It is currently not available and we need a couple of weeks to get this replaced. They returned me the watch after "Approx delivery" date. 3) Currently the crown of this watch is broken. It was broken when I had the watch on my wrist. The same service center now demands Rs. 100/- for CROWN STEM cost. The watch is still under the warranty period. This was not at ll expected when I purchased fastrack watch. I haven't really mis-handled watch by any means. I have cared a lot for my watch. I need to get this watch replaced as I am at all satisfied with performance of this watch. Thanks, Krunal Khatri.

It seems that, this forum is of no use. I posted it on 30th Jun, Till now I haven't received any response from anyone regarding my watch. All I got is copy pasted template messages which you can see above. Any one reading this please don't buy fastrack watch, It's my advise based on what experiences I had.
