[Resolved] Fastrack — Problems faced in newly bought watch | |||||
Hi Sir/Madam, I had bought a watch of fastrack from one of your trusted opening in pune in the month of January. Since I had bought, there are many problems faced regarding the watch. I had even given it to company for diagnosis the problem. Every possible thing has been made but still I’m facing with the same problem. This is the worst experience I am having with this product. I request you to suggest possible option for the same problem mentioned above. It’s really making me unhappy with the product. Needy steps to be taken as soon as possible. I would prefer if I can exchange with a new model rather repairing it every third day. Attaching here with the scanned copy of the warranty card.
