Fastrack — Product not delivered on time and delivered defect product not processing for return

On 30th March 2022 and they promise to deliver by 2nd April 2022 through express delivery mode but I didn't received a product on mentioned date. After couple of times follow up with Fastrack customer care and created ticket request TKT-[protected] for delivering the product. They delivered the product on 5th April and I received the colour fade defect product for 4995 rupees which is not met my expectation and I called the Fastrack on the same date within 15 minutes after receiving the product to ask for exchange it and they mention exchange is not possible will raise the request for return the product but they mention their system is not updated as delivered and it will take 24 hrs to update in the system and they request call me next day to raise the return request but I told them I will not be available after 11th April and I request them to pick up the product before 11th April and they mention will arrange the pickup before 11th April and they created one more ticket request for my concern on the same day TKT-[protected] from the day of 5th April I'm following up with the Fastrack team to pick the defect product and daily calling and informing them that I will not be available after 11th April but they keep on saying system is not update. I request the team to share the fastrack address to deliver product from my end before moving out of town but they didn't respond it. Till 11th April they didn't arrange or process from their end to pick the product. I called them again on 11th April but they mention from their side it's an expectional scenario will try to arrange pickup from alternative location where I'm traveling so I shared the alternative location address too but they didn't progress on that and keep on following up the team and they mention will come up with possible resolution on 9th April and ask me to wait 24 working hrs and today they dropped me a mail stating that can't able to pickup the product from alternative location. I can't able to accept the defect product and their response is not giving me a possible resolution. Please help me to solve the problem as earliest.
