Fastrack — Product spares not available | |||||
My name is Christopher, I am from Bangalore. I am really disappointed with the fastrack services. My concern about the Fastrack watch model 4052PM01. The watch is concealed with a Plastic that connects the chain and the plastic broke. Now I am not able to use the watch though its in working condition.I have the chain for it but i cant use. Thats the saddest part. Its my mistake that I chose that watch. However, I never thought that Fastrack can get to this level of stop the production of the watch and the SPARES as well. Wow what a service. I have been troubling people from the outlet who sold me this. After all, I have even checked with the stores out of town when I had been to. I have given up after trying all the possibilities.. I am not really happy. My expectation is when a company manufactures something, the product should have prolonged services unless its a software, rather putting the users in this situation. Its not about the ability to buy another watch, However its about the the thought if I have to buy the same brand. Service is more important for a business.
