Fastrack — Regarding the cab services in Salem

I booked a cab from Kitchipalayam to dadagapatti Salem and only one person travelled in the cab.. The person who did the booking has not briefed about the luggage charges or anything.. While we were dropped in destination the driver is charging extra charges saying its for luggage where we had only two bags.. Totally unfair.. And while I raised it to the customer service team.. A blunt man is talking in flithy language and worse behavior and words.. Totally disgusting.. Should be punished these kinda people.. If customer travel does it mean he can behave any ways and charge them take things for granted.. Please teach them a lesson.. No other customers should face such issues..
