I purchased fastrac reflex beat smart watch through flipkart 2020 after few month its strap broken so for repair i have given this to titan world shimoga, Karnataka but due to unavailablity of strap i got replacement voucher of rupees 1449
Today i visited ittan world shimoga to purchase new smart watch through this voucher but they denied due to discount on all smart watches
I kindly request you to make your policy little fluxible to buy discounted smart watches of my choice from this replacement voucher if possible
