Fastrack — selling damaged product | |||||
Bought a fastrack watch (3157kka31) from titan showroom (Time galaxy / shop no. 20, bldg. D/17, opp. Sector-2, shanti vihar, mira road east) on[protected] as a birthday gift to myself. The watch stopped working in a couple of weeks. I took the piece to the same shop for replacement as the product stopped working within 15 days from the purchase date. The shop owner took the product & said would send it to the company for service but wont replace the same by giving some lame excuse saying that product can't be replaced but will make sure it gets repaired from the company. I got my watch after 2 weeks in working condition.in a couple of days the same time piece stopped functioning. I took it to the same shop, bursted out at him saying ' is this the way titan or fastrack provides service for their customers. The owner replied that he can't do anything as the product got repaired in the authorized service centers & and took the same to send it back. I got the same product in another 2 weeks time functioning properly. But again in a week it stopped functioning. Again took it to him he said the same to send it back but i ignored this time because i paid the price for the product & couldn't use it for more than a month. The reason i took time to get back to you guys is that i was out of city for business purpose & luckily had an extra pair of fastrack with me. I the undersigned need an explanation from titan/ fastrack as of why am i facing these problems even after getting it repaired from the authorized service centers. I paid inr 3200 for the time piece (Wrist watch) and got cheated as the product is of no use now. I want this product replaced with a new product as even after paying huge amount for the same i couldn't use it for more than a month. Kindly do the needful.
