Fastrack — service center people did not repair my bag | |
Hi, I purchased my fastrack bag on 24/10/2016. Its strap started tearing due to manufacturing defect and there was tearing of material inside the laptop pocket. I submitted my bag which was under warranty to fastrack service center at mgf metropolitan mall, gurgaon on[protected] for repair. They kept the bag for around 2 months after committing return in 10 days and did not even repair my bag. The outside strap is fixed but inside worn out material is still intact and they took their hands back saying that they cannot do anything further. They wasted my time and money (By keeping my bag for 2 months and not even repairing that) and still have not provided any resolution. Please provide any resolution on this issue.
