I had purchased a watch for my daughter model nf9827pp07 on 19april 2016 while on vacation. While she was there this vacation there was a problem with her strap for which she visited their show room at trivandrum and as the guarantee card was in saudi arabia i had send a whatsapp of this paper to be shown at their shop. They had informed me that they will check with your office is that is valid or not and till date we have not received any updates.
They want us to carry these paper always as it means that your watches are prone to damages anytime.
I want you to clear off this issue before she leave back to the kingdom of saudi arabia before 15 august 2016 or else i should be informed so that i too can move on my next step of actions.
