Fastrack — Smartwatch is not charging

I have purchased Titan smartwatch name FASTRACK REFLEX HELLO
Variant No- 38079PP04
DOP- 29/03/2023
Currently this watch is facing charging issues, I have visited store twice for the exchange but they ask to complaint online. I have attached the short video as an Evidence of my issue.
Please revert me with the possible solution as soon as possible as it's been a month and I am not getting any help from Store & service centre.
