I sent my speaker for repairs at Fastrak in KwaMashu Bridgecity, the manager logged it on the 15/01/2021 and promised to have it back to me the following Friday.
I have been waiting for it and it's the 07/02/2021 now. What upsets me the most is that this matter is not treated with urgency, I'm not receiving any feedback or any updates as to the whereabouts of the speaker or how far they are.
I'm just told it's coming the following Friday. Today when I went to check, the gentleman I spoke to said I must wait for Lungi (the manager) tomorrow because maybe she will be able to say where the speaker is.
Please may I get a resolution to this matter, either I get a new speaker, or may I have my refund. Simple Was this information helpful? |
