Fastrack — Substandard product | |||||
Recently i bought a titan fastrack watch from mangalore... The watch has degraded within 6 months both the chain and under side of the dial began to rust and the edges are becoming sharp... The sharp edges are grinding against my arm and cutting skin... I complained about it in manglore showroom and the made me wait for 6 months before they decide to refund the watch amount and made me buy a new watch from there... The new watch came with the old watch's warranty... I lost almost a year of warranty period because of their sub standard product and poor customer service Was this information helpful? | |||||
