Fastrack — the product is duplicate

Sir/madam
I had brought a fastrack watch from snapdeal one month ago. My watch model number is fastrack 3039sm02. But it was not work properly. When i go to titan showroom, they said that this product is a duplicate. Afterthat i informed snapdeal customer care but they said if titan comany provide any written confirmation that this product is not genuine then this product will be return otherwise not. But titan employee denied to give any written confirmation. Invoice of the watch are attached with it for verification.

I recently bought a fastrack reflex on Saturday (10th March) and I am not satisfied with the product
The step tracking is not accurate at all and there is no automatic sleep tracking.
Can I get refund for the product?
