[Resolved] Fastrack — trust broken | |||
Flat no 101 Dwaraka residency, Saichitra nagar lane_7, Ramanthapur, Hyderabad_500013 5th november 2017 Fastrack Respected sir/mam, I am aryan, a fastrack customer. Through this letter i would like to draw your attention to the series of problems that i have been facing since i have bought a fastrack watch with model no ‘ng37022pp06cj’. Fastrack is a very renowned brand and is trusted for its quality products. I wonder how the watch has undergone so many quality checks. With this trust i have bought a fastrack watch. On 8/5/2017, the watch stopped working due to which i was late for school. But after a few days it started working automatically. And again after a couple of days the watch stopped working. The very next day i took my watch to the titan service centre in habsiguda, hyderabad and got it serviced. I was told that battery was working fine but there was a technical fault. But after a week it stopped working again. It stops working every now and then. Due these events i got vexed up with the watch. I am worried whether i can use the watch for my ensuing exams. So, it is my request that you kindly replace my watch or refund my money. Or else i have to seek institutional & others support. I hope that you keep up my trust on fastrac and respond positively.
