I am saro mohan, i purchased fastrack watch in fastrack showroom (Kalyani square, 151 vakkil new street, near chokkanathar koil, simmakal, madurai, tamil nadu 625001). After one year my watch is not working (My glass was not broken). I walked to my nearest fastrack service centre (World of titan, 184-a, north veli street, madurai, tamil nadu 625001). Then it functioned well for 6 months. Now i am facing same problem, they reported that my watch battery and machine is in good condition and couldn't figure out why this is happening... Now they are blaming glass breakage of my watch and not responding further.
So two days back i went to another customer service (Titan watch repair service, 16 mandayan asari lane, town hall road, madurai).. They responded well but they couldn't find the exact reason. They lubricated my watch and said that if this complaint exist again you should do full service... And the service cost is 1/3 of my watch price. If it so then what is the reason to buy such a branded item... Please tell some solution.
