Dear team,
I have purchase a wrist watch model no:- ng6111sl01c on 06.07.2017 however after 7 days o[censored]sages the time of the watch getting delayed for 5-6 hours. We have contacted with the outlet and they have taken the same for 24 hours. After 24 hours of investigation they told that there is no problem & returned the product to me. After 2-3 days we found the same issue and escalated to the store (Titan world) & they agreed there there is some issue with the product however they are only willing to repair the same instead of replacement. After buying a 2k products why should i go for repair where there is manufacturing defects found.
Please help to resolve the issue at earliest
