Hi,
I'm nithi. I have placed an order of ladies watch (Brand name fast track) on february 9, 2018 through shoppinghill website but amount has been debited from my brother's debit card through paytm rs.499 but yet i didn't receive any mail, call or sms regrading product, delivery status nothing. But i received an email regrading debit of money. Kindly do needful as early as possible.

I received an email like you just made a successful payment of rs.499 at imperial trader.
For reference order id is[protected].

I drop my wrist watch for new strap at fastrack showroom ( Sharma optial & Watches ) located in greater noida- jagat Farm & while i went to take follow-up they said i don't have any watch or somebody's has taken frm here . I atteched herewith receipt as a proof, Kindly help me out.
